Guesty API connected Guesty Integration
Keep Guesty as your operations hub. myData optimises Booking.com and Airbnb visibility on top, with your markup kept in sync via API.
Guesty is one of the most widely used property management platforms for short-term rental operators — channel distribution, automation, accounting, and owner reporting at portfolio scale. myData runs alongside it without touching your Guesty setup. It’s a stack we know well — see how Sunrise Vacation Rentals runs it.
How it works
myData’s agents work on the Booking.com extranet and Airbnb — not inside Guesty. When the agent changes a promotion or rate plan, the result reaches Guesty through the channel sync it already runs. Base prices are never touched: they stay in Guesty, set by you or your RMS.
Guesty is one of the PMS platforms myData is API-connected with: when the agent adjusts a property’s markup, it pushes the change to Guesty automatically, so the two systems can’t drift apart.

Frequently asked questions
Does myData integrate with Guesty?
Yes — and deeper than most PMSs: myData is API-connected with Guesty. The revenue work still happens directly on Booking.com and Airbnb, and your markup stays in sync with Guesty automatically.
What exactly syncs via the Guesty API?
Your markup. When the agent adjusts a property’s markup, it pushes the change to Guesty, so the two systems can’t drift apart — there’s nothing to mirror by hand.
Will myData change my prices in Guesty?
Never. Base prices stay in Guesty, set by you or your RMS. The agent works the promotion layer on the channels — and rollback is instant, because stopping myData just means clearing its promotions.
What do I have to set up in Guesty?
Almost nothing: connect your channels through the myData Chrome extension and set your markup once — the API keeps Guesty in sync from then on.
