South Stay manages around 80 vacation rental properties in the United Kingdom. The team combines dynamic base pricing with Booking.com promotion management across a large portfolio.
Challenge
Before myDataValue, layered Booking.com promotions made it difficult to see the true guest-facing discount and adjust strategy consistently at scale.
The team wanted more transparency, tighter control of end prices, and a way to optimise promotions without replacing the specialist tools already in use.
Solution
South Stay connected its Booking.com portfolio to Sisi, myDataValue’s revenue optimisation assistant, and rolled automated promotion optimisation out in phases: 53 properties at launch, 23 in the second wave, and the final two later.
Sisi analysed stacked promotions, aligned them with target guest-facing prices, and applied changes across the portfolio, while PriceLabs continued to manage dynamic base pricing. Data synced and the first properties launched on the same day. The team reviewed portfolio performance after 14 days, then nightly optimisation replaced repeated property-by-property checks.
Results
In the first 69 days after onboarding, South Stay generated £433,261 in Booking.com revenue, up 44.6% from £299,593 in the previous period.
Reservations increased from 660 to 842, nights booked rose from 1,804 to 2,184, and average daily rate increased from £166.07 to £198.38.
The average portfolio rank improved from 48.6 to 45.0 across 77 tracked properties.

What changed
South Stay moved from repeated property-by-property promotion checks to a daily automated Booking.com workflow.
The team kept PriceLabs for dynamic base pricing and used Sisi to align stacked promotions with target guest-facing prices. The outcome was less operational effort and measurable growth across revenue, reservations, nights booked, average daily rate, and portfolio ranking.
