Is there a free trial, and do you need my card?
Yes. You get seven days free with no card required. On a short setup call, we help you install the Chrome extension and connect your accounts on Booking.com, Airbnb or both. Your trial starts when your first properties are imported. When it ends, access stops and nothing is charged. Your account and data are kept. To continue, add a card on the subscription page in the app.
What counts as a listing?
Each property on your Booking.com or Airbnb account counts as one listing. The same property on both channels still counts as one listing and uses the combined package price. For a portfolio of up to 100 listings, that is $10 per listing per month. Your count updates as you add or deactivate listings, and changes appear on your next invoice.
What happens above 100 listings?
Your portfolio's rate applies to every listing. For either Booking.com or Airbnb, the monthly price per listing is $7 for up to 100 listings, $5 for 101 to 1,000, and $4 for 1,001 or more. With both channels, the corresponding prices are $10, $8 and $6. For example, 1,001 listings cost $4,004 per month on either channel, or $6,006 on both.
How are buildings and aparthotels priced?
Buildings and aparthotels cost $100 per building per month. The price is the same for Booking.com, Airbnb or both, regardless of how many bookable units the building has. The $200 monthly minimum still applies to the portfolio. Select Buildings in the calculator to estimate your cost.
What if I only have a few listings?
You can start with one listing. A monthly minimum of $200 applies. If your calculated total is below that amount, you pay the minimum.
Am I locked in?
No. Billing is monthly in advance, with no annual commitment. Cancel from the subscription page in the app to stop your next charge. The $200 monthly minimum is a minimum spend, not a minimum contract length.
Do I need a PMS integration?
No. Connect your Booking.com or Airbnb accounts using the Chrome extension. myDataValue works directly with these channels, so you can keep your current PMS without setting up a PMS integration.
Can I keep using PriceLabs, Beyond or Wheelhouse?
Yes. PriceLabs, Beyond or Wheelhouse can keep setting your base prices. Sisi works alongside your pricing tool to optimise promotions and visibility on Booking.com and Airbnb.
Which currency, and is VAT included?
We bill in US dollars or pounds sterling, using the currency shown on this page. The rates are set separately for each currency and do not move with exchange rates. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
