There is: seven days, and it needs no card. We set it up with you on a short call — you install the Chrome extension, connect your Booking.com account, and the trial starts from there. When the seven days are up, access stops and nothing is charged; your account and its data stay. To carry on, you add a card from the subscription page in the app.

A listing on your Booking.com or Airbnb account. The same listing on both channels is one listing at the two-channel rate ($10), not two. Your count syncs as you add or deactivate listings, and the new count lands on your next invoice.

The Booking.com rate steps down, and only the listings above the line get the lower rate: the first 100 are $7, listings 101 to 1,000 are $5.50, and everything above 1,000 is $4. Airbnb stays $3 at every size. Adding a listing always adds to the bill, never lowers it.

A building is one listing at the normal rate, plus $3 a month for each bookable unit after the first — and never more than $70 a month for one building, however many units it has. Switch the calculator to Buildings to see yours.

No. The $200 is a monthly minimum spend, not a minimum term. Billing is monthly in advance; you cancel from the subscription page in the app and the next charge stops.

No. Sisi works the promotion and markup layer on the channel side and never writes base rates into your PMS, so whatever sets your base price — PriceLabs, Beyond or the PMS itself — keeps setting it. There is no integration project: you connect through a Chrome extension.

You are billed in US dollars or pounds sterling — the currency this page shows you. The two are local price points, not a conversion, so neither moves with the exchange rate. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.
