Xuru Stays manages luxury vacation rentals in Egypt. Over the past year, its business grew across both Booking.com and Airbnb, with more bookings and higher nightly rates.

Booking.com brought Xuru Stays $729k in revenue — $280k more than the year before. Bookings reached 1.5k, while booked nights grew 51.3% to 6.6k.
That growth came with a higher average nightly rate of $111, up 7.3%. Xuru welcomed more bookings while earning more per booked night.

Airbnb revenue more than tripled
Airbnb delivered $1.34m in revenue, adding $964k compared with the same period last year. Bookings more than tripled to 4.4k, generating 17.6k booked nights.
Average nightly rates rose 12.8% to $76, adding to a year of strong booking growth. Together, those gains took Airbnb revenue 256.2% higher year on year.

For Xuru Stays, the year’s achievements span both channels. More reservations turned into more booked nights, alongside stronger average rates — giving the business more revenue from each channel.
