SCALE España is the Spanish edition of the SCALE Rentals shows, and 2027 is a single day at Espacio Ventas in Madrid on Wednesday 3 March. We'll be there. Book 20 minutes with us and we'll run the revenue agent on your own Booking.com and Airbnb listings.

About SCALE España 2027
SCALE España is the Spanish edition of the SCALE Rentals shows, the operator-only conference series that also runs SCALE Fest in Barcelona, SCALE UK, SCALE France, SCALE Italia and SCALE Middle East. 2027 is the fourth Spanish edition, after Marbella in February 2024 and Madrid in March 2025 and April 2026. It also changes shape: one day instead of two, at Espacio Ventas on Calle de Alcalá, the same venue as 2026.
The programme is in Spanish and built around operators rather than vendors: operator-led panels, sessions on Spain’s municipal licensing rules, hands-on AI and tech workshops, and “face-off” sessions where two people argue opposite sides. Session topics are voted on by registered attendees before the show. SCALE only sells tickets to operators, so suppliers are there as sponsors, not as delegates.
What we’ll do at the show
Bring a Booking.com or Airbnb listing URL and we’ll show what the revenue agent would change on it today: visibility, promotions, rate plans, pricing. We’ll also show what it would leave alone.

Getting there
Espacio Ventas is on Calle de Alcalá by the Las Ventas metro station (lines 2 and 5), about 20 minutes from Atocha. Tickets and the agenda are on the organiser’s site.
