About EquipHotel Paris 2026
EquipHotel is the French hospitality industry’s trade show, run by RX at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles every two years since the 1960s. The 2026 edition fills Pavillons 4 and 7 from 2 to 5 November with four sectors: design, wellbeing, tech and services, and foodservice. The 2024 edition had 1,200 exhibitors and 80,000 visitors from 133 countries, most of them hotel and restaurant owners and operators, with interior architects and designers making up the next largest group. The 2026 theme is “l’Hospitalité plurielle”, and a new 1,000 m² pavilion, the Exclusive Collection by EquipHotel, opens with an exhibition on privacy. On the Thursday the show hosts the first HITEC Paris, the one-day hospitality technology conference from HFTP, inside the exhibition.
It’s a hotel show rather than a short-term rental one, which is the point for us: the tech and services hall has around 200 hotel software vendors and the aisles are full of operators who sell most of their rooms through Booking.com.
Getting there
Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is at the southern edge of the 15th arrondissement: Porte de Versailles on metro line 12 and trams T2 and T3a, or Balard on line 8. From Charles de Gaulle allow about an hour by RER B and tram T3a, from Orly about 55 minutes. Badges, the floor plan and the programme are on the EquipHotel site (also in French).
