SCALE Fest, the SCALE Rentals show in Barcelona, runs from 23 to 25 October at the World Trade Center. We'll be there for all three days. Book 20 minutes with us and we'll run the revenue agent on your own listings.

About SCALE Fest 2026
SCALE Fest is the main SCALE Rentals event. Most people still call it Scale Barcelona; until this year it ran as The SCALE Show International. The 2026 edition expects around 400 property managers, with 36 sessions across six tracks and 46 speakers. The conference itself is on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October. Friday 23 October is a fringe day with SCALE Exit Door (a workshop on valuing and selling a management business), the Women’s Vacation Rental European Conference and a welcome drinks.
SCALE only sells tickets to operators with ten or more units; suppliers attend as sponsors. SCALE also runs national shows in the UK, France, Italy, Spain and the Middle East. Fest is the one where all of them come together.
What we’ll do at the show
Bring a Booking.com or Airbnb listing URL and we’ll show what the revenue agent would change on it today: visibility, promotions, rate plans, pricing. We’ll also show what it would leave alone.
Spain is a Booking.com-heavy market, and Genius, mobile rates, visibility boosters and promotions each behave a little differently here. We can show you what the data says works for Spanish operators.

Getting there
The World Trade Center is on the waterfront at Moll de Barcelona, next to Drassanes metro station (L3) and a ten-minute walk from the bottom of La Rambla. Tickets and the agenda are on the organiser’s site.
