About SCALE Middle East 2025
SCALE Middle East is the Gulf edition of the SCALE Rentals shows. The 2025 edition, the second, ran on 22–23 October at the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah with 61 speakers across 41 sessions on four tracks and a few hundred operators in the room; Hostaway, Quickpass and ONSstay were the headline sponsors, and Airbnb, Booking.com, Guesty, PriceLabs and Beyond were among the 22 show sponsors. Like every SCALE show it sells tickets to operators only, so the audience is property managers, most of them running sizeable Dubai portfolios.
What we did
We went as delegates, not exhibitors. Dubai is one of the most Booking.com-dependent markets in the world and its operators run big portfolios, so we used the two days to meet the managers we’d been talking to online, several with 100 to 400 listings, and to show what the revenue agent does on a live Dubai listing. A number of those conversations became onboarding calls in the weeks after the show.
