About VRWS 2026
The Vacation Rental World Summit is Antonio Bortolotti’s conference for professional vacation-rental managers. It has moved to a different European city each year since 2014 (Barcelona, Florence, Lake Como, Porto, Rome), and the 2026 edition in Lyon is the thirteenth. Last year in Rome it had 741 attendees; about a third of them run 100 or more properties.
There is one track, so everyone sees the same sessions. Between sessions there are facilitated roundtables and one-to-one meetings booked through the event app. Speakers in recent years have come from Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Guesty, PriceLabs and AirDNA, alongside operators presenting their own numbers.
What we’ll do at the summit
Bring a Booking.com or Airbnb listing URL. We’ll show you what the revenue agent would change on it today: visibility, promotions, rate plans, pricing gaps. We’ll also show what it would leave alone, which matters just as much.
If you want to prepare, run the Booking.com Health Score on your portfolio before we meet. It takes a minute and gives us something concrete to talk about.
The agent works on the channels directly, so there is no PMS integration to set up first. It runs alongside whatever you already use; see integrations.
Who we’d like to meet
- Property managers with 10 or more units on Booking.com and Airbnb.
- Revenue managers who check the Extranet every morning and would rather not.
- PMS and channel-manager teams looking for a revenue partner.
Getting there
The summit is at the Centre de Congrès de Lyon on Thursday 8 and Friday 9 October 2026. Tickets, hotel offers and the agenda are on vacationrentalworldsummit.com. From Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport the Rhônexpress takes about 30 minutes to Part-Dieu station; from there the venue is 15 minutes by tram.
