About VRWS 2026
The Vacation Rental World Summit is Antonio Bortolotti’s conference for professional vacation-rental managers. It has moved to a different European city each year since 2014 (Barcelona, Florence, Lake Como, Porto, Rome), and the 2026 edition at the Centre de Congrès de Lyon was the thirteenth. There is one track, so everyone sees the same sessions; between them run facilitated roundtables and one-to-one meetings booked through the event app. The 2025 edition in Rome had 741 attendees, about a third of them running 100 or more properties.
What we did
We had a stand on the exhibition floor for both days, and Miro facilitated one of the roundtables for property managers with 100 or more units in Europe. Most of the conversations at the stand were about the same two things: what the revenue agent changes on a live Booking.com or Airbnb listing, and what it leaves alone.
